El conocimiento de los delitos contra la asistencia familiar y de malversación o dilapidación, descritos en los Artículos 40 y 41 de la Ley 75 de 1968, corresponde al Juez Municipal de la residencia del titular del derecho al momento de cometerse la infracción. Para adelantar la acción penal por el delito de inasistencia económica, no es menester previa demanda de alimentos. CAPITULO III
