° Las autoridades sanitarias de los puertos someterán los animales que se importen a la prueba de la tuberculina para el ganado vacuno y de la maleína para el caballar. Si estas pruebas resultan positivas, los animales serán sacrificados sin derecho a indemnización alguna. De la misma manera se procederá si las pruebas que se practiquen seis meses después de Introducido el animal, fueren positivas. Comuníquese y publíquese.
