El artículo 43 del Decreto-ley número 960 de 1970 quedará así: Artículo 43. Los comprobantes fiscales serán presentados por los interesados en el momento de solicitar el servicio notarial. Prohíbese a los Notarios extender instrumentos sin que previamente se hayan presentado certificados y comprobantes fiscales exigidos por la ley para la prestación de servicios notariales. Aunque dichos instrumentos no sean numerados, fechados ni autorizados inmediatamente con la firma del notario.
