° Como consecuencia de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior no se admitirán ni tramitarán las propuestas que versen sobre todo o parte del área que se destina por el artículo 1° de este Decreto y que hayan sido presentadas con posterioridad a la solicitud de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos que se registró bajo el número 2223 en los libros respectivos.
