Cada una de las secciones a que se refiere el artículo anterior se considerará dividida, para el mismo fin de la formación del Censo, en tantos Municipios cuantos constituyan la respectiva sección. Y para mayor seguridad y precisión del empadronamiento, cada Municipio se dividirá a su vez en tantas secciones como poblaciones contenga, y éstas en barrios, fracciones o veredas, etc.
