Art.2.º Una vez hecha la esploracion del camino i cerciorado el Poder Ejecutivo de su practicabilidad, costo, i condiciones de ejecución, promoverá la formación de una compañía con el capital suficiente para abrir el camino indicado, con los tambos, puentes, bodegas i demás obras necesarias, en la cual tomará acciones hasta por cien mil pesos ($100.000).
