En toda propaganda comercial al consumo de alcohol, tabaco y cigarrillos, que se haga en el espacio que determine el Ministerio de Salud, de acuerdo con el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, se debe hacer conocer del público que el consumo de tales productos es perjudicial y nocivo para la salud, de acuerdo con lo prescrito por el artículo 20 del Decreto-ley 1188 de 1974.
