La Corporación Autónoma Regional, CAR, junto con el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente, desarrollarán acciones tendientes a la recuperación, de las Lagunas de Cucunubá y Suesca y los humedales de "Palacio" y el "Borrachero", para lo cual se autorizan las partidas indispensables para lograr su recuperación.
