Establecimientos de comercio. Las entidades sin ánimo de lucro del artículo 40 del Decreto 2150 de 1995, podrán matricular establecimientos de comercio bajo el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, para lo cual deberán presentar el formulario RUES debidamente diligenciado por el Representante Legal y pagar el valor de la tarifa correspondiente. No podrán matricular agencias y sucursales. Normas concordantes: Artículos 633 al 652 del Código Civil. Artículos 40 al 45 del Decreto 2150 de 1995. Artículos 1 al 15 del Decreto 427 de 1996, compilado en los artículos 2.2.2.40.1.2. y siguientes del Decreto Único Reglamentario 1074 de 2015. Artículo 166 del Decreto Ley 019 de 2012.
