Con el fin de evitar los perjuicios que cause el contrabando de licores a la lucha antialcohólica y a la rentas púbicas, el Gobierno dará estricto cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en al artículo 15 de la Ley 88 de 1923 sobre sanciones a los defraudadores.
