La remuneración por el sistema de unidades de ascenso para los docentes de que trata el artículo 3°del Decreto-ley 455 de 1984 está constituida por una suma básica de cincuenta y tres mil quinientos pesos ($ 53.500) para todas las categorías, más el resultado del producto entre las unidades de ascenso acreditadas por encima de 214 y el valor vigente para cada unidad.

Parágrafo

Para los docentes de que trata este artículo, fíjase el valor de la unidad de ascenso en ciento ochenta y dos pesos ($ 182).
