Crease el Tribunal Seccional Administrativo del Choco, con jurisdicción en el Departamento del mismo nombre, y cuya cabecera será la ciudad de Quibdó. El personal de dicho Tribunal será el siguiente: tres Magistrados, un Secretario y un Portero Escribiente, con las asignaciones de los empleados de su clase.
