Cuando en el curso de la semana se dieren de alta en algún cuerpo ó Compañía Jefes, Oficiales ó individuos de tropa que no figuraron en la libranza correspondiente, el respectivo Jefe dará aviso al Habilitado para que éste forme una adicional con el fin de cubrir los haberes de tales individuos.
