El numeral 14 del artículo 530 del Estatuto Tributario quedará así:
“Artículo 530. Se encuentran exentos del impuesto de timbre. Están exentos del impuesto de timbre:
Las operaciones de crédito público, las operaciones asimiladas a operaciones de crédito público, las operaciones de manejo de deuda pública y las conexas con las anteriores que realicen las entidades estatales.”
