Inscripción automática en el Rethus. Quienes conforme a las normas vigentes hayan obtenido autorización para el ejercicio de su profesión u ocupación, antes de la fecha en la cual el Colegio Profesional correspondiente asuma las funciones de registro y expedición de la tarjeta única del talento humano en salud, serán inscritos en forma automática en el Rethus. El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social establecerá los mecanismos para dar cumplimiento a esta disposición. Las Direcciones Territoriales de Salud, Colegios Profesionales, Sociedades Científicas, gremios y profesionales del área de la salud aportarán la información actualizada requerida para este propósito.
