° La junta directiva del Instituto de Fomento Industria, IFI, determinará las condiciones financieras en que la Corporación Financiera Popular recibirá los recursos, teniendo en cuenta, la tasa variable DTF definida según Resolución No 42 de 1988 y demás disposiciones que la adicionen o modifiquen expedidas por la Junta Monetaria. La Corporación Financiera Popular otorgará los créditos en las condiciones y plazos que para el efecto se establezcan en su Reglamento de Crédito, dentro de las directrices trazadas por la Ley 78 de 1988.
