Transporte de los elementos y sistemas de sorteo. En el evento que se requiera desplazamiento de los elementos del sorteo hasta el sitio de transmisión del sorteo por televisión, este movimiento requerirá de todas las garantías de seguridad y vigilancia en el transporte de las urnas selladas que los contengan.
