Patrimonio

Decreto 1961 de 2023 · por el cual se crea el Instituto Nacional de Vías Regionales, se determina su estructura, funciones y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Patrimonio . El patrimonio del Instituto estará constituido por: 4.1. Las partidas que se le asignen en el presupuesto nacional. 4.2. Los recursos provenientes de crédito interno y externo. 4.3. Las donaciones que reciba para sí. 4.4. Los recursos de cooperación nacional o internacional. 4.5. Los demás recursos que obtenga o se le asignen a cualquier título.

Parágrafo

Para la constitución del Patrimonio del Instituto se deberán seguir las disposiciones previstas en el régimen de transición del presente decreto.
