Los gastos que requieran la administración y explotación de las minas, y las operaciones comerciales que sea necesario efectuar en conexión con este negocio , se harán con los mismos productos de las minas, sobre proyectos y presupuestos aprobados por el Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos, y cumplido esto, del saldo líquido se tomará el cinco por ciento (5%) para auxiliar la construcción del acueducto de Marmato, y el resto entrará a fondos comunes de la Nación.
