º. Para la expedición de duplicado por la pérdida, hurto o deterioro de la licencia de conducción, se procederá conforme a lo estipulado en el artículo 71 del Acuerdo 051 de 1993, pero no se exigirá el trámite de paz y salvo por concepto de infracciones, sino que internamente se hará la verificación respectiva para exigir el pago si es el caso.
