Cuando el Superintendente haya tomado posesión de los haberes y negocios de algún establecimiento bancario, deberá inmediatamente dar noticia de tal hecho a cualesquiera personas que tengan cualquier parte del activo de dicho establecimiento. Ninguna de tales personas que tenga noticia o conocimiento de que el Superintendente ha tomado posesión de tal establecimiento bancario, tendrá derecho a embargo o acción contra alguno de los haberes de tal establecimiento bancario, por cualquier pago, anticipo o compensación hecha de allí en adelante, u obligaciones contraídas después.
