Créase el Sistema Nacional de Información de Demanda Laboral, Sinidel, el cual estará integrado por el conjunto de políticas, estrategias, metodologías, procedimientos, bases de datos, plataformas tecnológicas y sistemas de información para el análisis de la información y la estimación del efecto de políticas y prospectiva de las principales variables que conforman la demanda laboral, en las diferentes entidades del sector público y privado.
