Régimen legal aplicable. Para efectos de la liquidación del Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe, en Liquidación, en los aspectos no contemplados en el presente decreto, se tendrá en cuenta lo señalado en el Decreto-ley 254 de 2000 y en lo pertinente, las disposiciones del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero y del Código de Comercio sobre liquidación, en cuanto sean compatibles con la naturaleza de la entidad y las normas que lo modifiquen, sustituyan o adicionen.
