DE LOS CONCURSOS. Entre los aspirantes inscritos se efectuarán concursos. Se entiende por concurso el procedimiento a través del cual el Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil selecciona las personas que satisfagan las condiciones y requisitos para desempeñar los empleos objeto de la convocatoria mediante la confrontación de las calidades y aptitudes de los aspirantes inscritos, en igualdad de oportunidades.
