Los Jueces de Rentas Nacionales tendrán jurisdicción en los juicios ejecutivos que se sigan contra los deudores morosos de los impuestos; y están en el deber de adelantarlos cuando reciban comisión al efecto de los Administradores o Recaudadores de Hacienda.
