El que por menosprecio o vilipendio, destruya, derribe, o de cualquier manera ultraje públicamente los objetos destinados a un culto o los símbolos de cualquier religión permitida en la Nación, y el que con el mismo propósito injurie o agravie al ministro de dichos cultos, por su carácter de tal, está sujeto a la pena de dos meses a un año de arresto y a la de multa de veinte a quinientos pesos.
