Prestaciones sociales en situaciones especiales. Las prestaciones de Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo que se encuentren en cualquiera de las situaciones especiales a que se refieren los artículos 70 y 73 de este decreto, serán las correspondientes al grado respectivo y se liquidarán y pagarán sobre la base de los haberes que devengarían si se encontraran de guarnición en la ciudad de Bogotá.
