Articulo 3° Los fondos provenientes del depósito que se crea, serán manejados por el señor Contador Pagador del Servicio de Inteligencia, en cuenta bancaria especial que llevará el nombre de "Fondo de Garantía de Prendas y Ahorro" y cuya fiscalización será ejercida por el Jefe de Control del SIC, con el visto bueno del Jefe del Departamento.
