S ice revocare el auto apelado, las diligencias que se hubieren practicado en virtud de ese auto no tendrán valor en juicio; pero el interesado podrá hacer que tales diligencias se practiquen nuevamente, corrigiendo los defectos que el superior que revoco hubiere anotado.
