Cancelación del permiso de funcionamiento al usuario operador. El Ministerio de Comercio Exterior mediante resolución motivada cancelará el permiso de funcionamiento cuando el usuario operador incumpla las normas de este Decreto y las condiciones o requisitos que se establezcan en la resolución de declaración y desarrollo.
