º. Objeto y ámbito de aplicación . El presente decreto tiene por objeto reglamentar la utilización a título protector del emblema de la Cruz Roja por parte del personal sanitario al servicio de la Fuerza Pública y del personal sanitario civil autorizado por el Ministerio de la Protección Social, así como de sus unidades y medios de transporte sanitarios destinados exclusivamente a la asistencia, búsqueda y transporte de heridos, enfermos y náufragos.
