º . Monto máximo del subsidio . El monto máximo del subsidio a que se refiere este decreto será el siguiente

Para proyectos de construcción de distritos de riego, hasta 22 salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes por hectárea; y

Para proyectos de rehabilitación de distritos de riego, hasta 11 salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes por hectárea.
