Parágrafo

Los funcionarios y empleados de la Rama Judicial que no optaron por el régimen establecido en los Decretos 57 y 110 de 1993, 106 de 1994 y que no opten por el régimen establecido en el presente Decreto, tendrán derecho a partir del 1º de enero de 1995, a un incremento del dieciocho por ciento (18%) de la remuneración que venían percibiendo a 31 de diciembre de 1994.
