iNNpulsa Colombia. Es un patrimonio autónomo, encargado de ejecutar las estrategias de reindustrialización del país, así como en materia de emprendimiento, innovación, desarrollo empresarial, productividad, competitividad y encadenamientos productivos, incluyendo los programas, instrumentos y recursos destinados para tal fin. El patrimonio autónomo será administrado por la Fiduciaria Colombiana de Comercio Exterior S. A. (Fiducoldex S. A.) Los recursos que integrarán el patrimonio autónomo son los establecidos en el artículo 305 del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2022-2026 o las normas que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
