Créase el Circuito Judicial de Calarcá, en el Distrito Judicial de Manizales, compuesto de los Municipios de Salento y Calarcá, con cabecera en Calarcá.

En este Circuito habrá un Juez, un Secretario, un Oficial y un Portero Escribiente de libre nombramiento y remoción del Juez, con las mismas dotaciones de los del Circuito Judicial de Armenia.
