La propiedad, de una marca consiste en el derecho de usar de ella exclusivamente en los artículos o productos a que se destina, y en otro de la misma naturaleza, del mismo fabricante, comerciante o productor; en el derecho de oponerse al uso y registro de cualquiera otra que pueda producir directa o indirectamente confusión de los artículos o productos garantizados con ella, y en el derecho de ceder o traspasar su uso a otras personas.
