º. Los candidatos deberán manifestar, bajo la gravedad del juramento, que no se encuentran inhabilitados para el ejercicio de dichas funciones y que no concurren en ellos ninguna causal de incompatibilidad juramento que se entenderá realizado por el simple hecho de la inscripción.
