Las Comisiones a que se refiere el artículo anterior serán elegidas por la respectiva cámara, en la semana siguiente a su instalación, para un período de cuatro años en el senado, y de dos en la Cámara de Representantes. La elección se hará por el sistema del cuociente electoral previa inscripción de listas.
