Art. 2° Previas las formalidades que establezca el Poder Ejecutivo, la Junta de Emisión procederá a emitir la suma de $102.449,545, destinada exclusivamente á cambiar los billetes emitidos por los Departamentos de Antioquia, Bolívar, Cauca y Santander, según constancia oficial y auténtica, así: Por el Departamento de Antioquia 35.938.495 Por el íd. de Bolívar 9.262.100 Por el íd. del Cauca 6.498.950 Por el íd. de Santander 50.000 SUMA TOTAL 102.449,545 En las sumas anteriores quedan comprendidos los $12.000,000 mandados emitir para el cambio de los billetes del Departamento de Bolívar por Decreto número 1144 de 1903 (15 de Diciembre).
