Impuesto sobre la renta. Para efecto del impuesto sobre la renta, complementarios, recargos y especiales, solamente constituyen renta gravable de los haberes que perciban del Tesoro Público los Agentes de la Policía Nacional, el sueldo básico respectivamente disminuido con el aporte que deban hacer a la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro sin perjuicio de las demás exenciones legales.
