El sistema de nomenclatura y numeración de empleo de la Agencia de Desarrollo Rural, así como el régimen salarial y prestacional, corresponderán al régimen previsto para las agencias estatales de naturaleza especial según los establece el Decreto 508 de 2012 o las normas que lo modifiquen y lo complementen. El régimen de carrera y de administración de personal será el establecido en la normativa general que rige el empleo público.
