° La oficina del Agente de Ejecuciones Fiscales será visitada mensualmente por el Jefe de la Sección 3° (Contabilidad) del Ministerio de Gobierno. El Visitador examinará atentamente todos los juicios pendientes, y anotará el estado de ellos, providencias dictadas, la causa de las demoras, si las hay, y todos los demás detalles que den a conocer el funcionamiento de la oficina. De las diligencias de visita se pasarán copias a las Administraciones Generales de Correos y Telégrafos.
