Competencia de los suboficiales. Los suboficiales en los grados de Sargento Mayor, Sargento Primero, Sargento Viceprimero que desempeñen cargos de comandante de distrito, estación o jefe de sección en plana mayor, podrán evaluar a suboficiales, así: Sargento Mayor a Sargentos Segundos y Cabos; Sargento Primero y Sargento Viceprimero a Cabos.
