Art. 53. Cuando se haya estipulado que el precio del remate se pague al contado, si e1 rematador no lo hiciere dentro de las 48 horas siguientes á aquella en que se le notifique la aprobación del remate, se declarará rescindido el contrato ; y también cuando no verifique el aseguro dentro del término que se le haya fijado.
