A partir de la sanción de esta Ley, el Gobierno Nacional procederá, mediante los estudios que realice, o adoptando los que tiene ejecutados la Secretaría de Obras Públicas del Departamento de Bolívar, a iniciar y llevar a término la defensa y embellecimiento de las playas del Municipio de Tolú (Bolívar).
