En ningún cementerio sea público o privado se dará sepultura a ningún cadáver sin que se haya presentado al portero, administrador del cementerio o sepulturero la boleta de que habla el artículo anterior. Pero pasado el término de 24 horas si la boleta no hubiere podido obtenerse, podrá procederse a la inhumación del cadáver. Los que contravengan esta disposición, serán penados por el alcalde respectivo con multa de uno a diez pesos o arresto de uno a tres días. CAPITULO IV Registro de matrimonios
