Salvo las excepciones legales, toda persona está obligada a comparecer ante el servidor judicial que la requiera, cuando sea citada para la práctica de diligencias. La desobediencia será sancionada por el funcionario judicial haciendo uso de las facultades correccionales que le confiere la ley penal.
