Auxilio funerario. A la muerte de un empleado público o trabajador oficial, en servicio activo, habrá derecho al reconocimiento y pago, por la entidad donde trabaja el empleado o trabajador fallecido de Ios gastos funerarios que serán equivalentes a un (1) mes del último sueldo sin que el valor total sobrepase de dos mil pesos ($2.000.00). El pago se hará a quien compruebe haber hecho los gastos funerarios.
