De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el inciso c) del artículo 1° del Decreto número 1951 de 1927, déjase a los establecimientos de enseñanza secundaria la facultad de desarrollar y ampliar sus iniciativas técnicas y pedagógicas dentro de las materias señalada en el presente Decreto, pero dicho establecimientos están obligados a dictar prácticamente los cursos que la Pedagogía exige como tales.
