Destinase el local que posee la Nación en la carrera 12 de esta ciudad, marcado con el número 11, para establecer el Laboratorio.

Los edificios se harán de acuerdo con planos que se someterán a la aprobación del Director Nacional de Higiene y del Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
